摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术后腹壁血肿的高危因素,病因及防治对策。方法:对我市8所医院2004年1月～2008年4月间12例剖宫产术后腹壁血肿病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:11例有发生出血的高危因素,12例均再次手术治疗,死亡3例,分别死于失血性休克、继发感染(败血症)、风心病。结论:剖宫产术后腹壁血肿是可以预防的,发生血肿后应早诊断早治疗。
Objective： To investigate the high--risk factors, pathogeny and the prevention and cure countermeasure about ventral hematoma of Cesarean operation. Methods： 12 cases of ventral hematoma of Cesarean operation were analyzed in eight hospital of my city from January 2004 to December 2008. Result： There were 11 cases which have risk factors, 12 cases which were operated again, 3 cases which were dead, respectively because of shock of blood loss, infection（blood poisoning）, rheumatic heart disease. Conclusions： Ventral hematoma of Cesarean operation could be prevented,we should diagnose and treat in time after hematoma was found.
