摘要
目的观察椎旁神经阻滞治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法对84例颈性眩晕患者分成椎旁神经阻滞+常规治疗组和常规治疗对照组进行临床研究,分析椎旁神经阻滞的治疗效果。结果通过3～14个月的随访和对疗效的研究,发现两种治疗方案治疗颈性眩晕均有疗效,但以椎旁神经阻滞+常规治疗组疗效好。椎旁神经阻滞+常规治疗组的治疗的总有效率明显大于常规治疗对照组。结论椎旁神经阻滞是治疗颈性眩晕的有效治疗方法。
Objective To observe therapy effect of paravertebral nerve block in cervical vertigo. Methods 84 cases of cervical vertigo were divided into 2 group ： paravertebral nerve block and conventional group, conventional group, analyze the effect of paravertebral nerve block. Results Follow - up 3 to 14 months after therapy, this two treatments are efficacy in cervical vertigo, paravertebral nerve block and conventional group is more effective than conventional group. Condusion paravertebral nerve block in cervical vertigo is an effective therapeutic approaches.
