多功能吉赫兹横电磁波小室设计

摘要 目前一般的GTEM(吉赫兹横电磁波)小室大都用于EMS(电磁抗扰度)测试,而针对于EMI(电磁干扰)测试的尚不多见.介绍了一种既可用于EMS测试又可用于EMI测试,且还可用于高频电路辐射机理诊断的多功能GTEM小室,给出了该GTEM小室的结构设计方法和测量原理,阐述了利用该GTEM进行高频电路辐射机理诊断的实现方法.GTEM小室设计方案采用的是"多极矩"模型实现,可将近场测量结果转换为标准远场测量结果(如电波暗室或开域场).此外,利用该GTEM小室以及近场电磁场探头和频谱分析仪对被测设备进行近场测量,即可得出被测设备的辐射机理测量结果. Currently, EMS (Electromagnetic Susceptibility) test is mostly used in G TEM (Giga hertz Transverse Elec- tromagnetic) cells are but EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) test is still rarely used there. A multi-functional GTEM cell is presented in this paper, which can not only be used in EMS and EMI measurements, but also can be used in high frequency circuits mechanism analysis. It presents the design method and the measurement principle of the GTEM cell, and describes how to use the GTEM cell to implement the mechanism of radiation diagnosis of high-frequency circuits. The GTEM cell is designed by "multi-polar moments" model. The near-field measurement results can be converted into the standard far-field ones ( such as anechoic chamber or oats). In addition, the device under test can be tested by the GTEM cell, as well as the near-field electromagnetic probe and spectrum analyzer. So the measurement results of radiation mechanism of the device under test can be derived.
