Catalytic Synthesis of Tris(1-Chloro-2-Propyl) Phosphate Flame Retardant by Solid Acid

摘要 以三氯氧磷(POCl3)、环氧丙烷为原料,在自制催化剂TiSiW12 O40/TiO2作用下合成了磷酸三(1-氯-2-丙基)酯(TCPP),考察了反应温度、原料物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对实验结果的影响.确定的最佳工艺条件为:n(POCl3):n(环氧丙烷)=1:3.3,反应温度65℃-75℃,催化剂用量为三氯氧磷质量的1.0%,环氧丙烷的滴加时间约为5h,产率可达94.8%. Tris(1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate(TCPP) was synthesized with phosphorus oxychloride and propylene epoxide as raw materials, using TiSiW12O40/TiO2 made by ourselves as catalyst for the reaction. The influences of reaction temperature, the ratio of reactants, the amount of catalyst and reaction time were studied. It was shown that the proper reaction conditions were: the molar ratio of propylene epoxide to phosphorus oxychloride was 1 : 3.3, reaction temperature was 65℃-75℃, the mass of catalyst was 1.0% of phosphorus oxychloride, dropwise time of propylene oxide was 5 h. The yield of TCPP was about 94. 8%.
