通过对哈尔滨市道外旧城区现状的研究,从现状、问题、方法、前景等方面进行论述,分析了改造过程中的诸多因素,以达到在发展中保护的效果,解决了该区发展方向、改造方法等方面的问题。

Based on the study at the current situation of Daowai old town at Harbin, it discusses and analyzes the factors of reconstruction from the aspects of status quo, problems, method and prospect in the hope of protecting historic relic during the process of development, hence solves the problems of developing direction, ways of reconstruction and so on.
