摘要
：论述了补偿基础的优越性，指出目前对补偿基础的一些错误看法，提出在天津某些地区，一般6层～7层的住宅、办公楼等的建筑物，采用补偿基础的方案尤其适用，值得推广，以期指导实践。
It illustrates the superiority of compensated foundation, points out some mistaken views of compensated foundation, and puts for- ward that at some district of Tianjin city it is more applicable to adopt the compensated foundation scheme for 6 to 7 storey residential buildings and office buildings and compensated foundation is worthy of promoting, so as to guide practical.
