摘要
针对低品位黄铜矿进行了磁场强化细菌浸出实验研究。重点研究了磁场对细菌生长和细菌浸矿的影响。实验结果表明,磁化处理后的培养基能促进细菌的生长繁殖,提高其氧化活性,用于浸矿试验,提高了低品位黄铜矿中铜和铁的浸出率。磁场强化细菌浸出的可能机理是通过改变水的结构,促进氧气在水中的溶解,提高矿石成分的溶解性,增强细菌细胞生物膜的穿透性。
This paper experimentally studies the bacterial leaching for the low-grade chalcopyrite intensified by magnetic field and the effect of the magnetic field on bacterial growth and bacterial leaching. The results show that the 9K culture medium can promote bacterial breeding and oxidation activity after magnetization treatment. Furthermore, the leaching rate of Cu and Fe in low-grade chalcopyrite is boosted by means of the treatment. The mechanism of comprehensive leaching by magnetization treatment is to change the structure of water in the existence of the magnetic field and to promote the dissolution of oxygen and mineral ingredient and the penetrability of biological membrane in bacterial cell.
