摘要
目的:探讨OA护膝对兔膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞增殖、凋亡的影响。方法:6月龄兔54只,采用改良Hulth法复制膝骨性关节炎模型,随机分为6组,正常组常规饲养,模型组造模后常规饲养,对照组微波仪治疗,实验1组电(疏密波)治疗,实验2组热(热软膜),实验3组电热(OA护膝),治疗30 min,1次/d,连续治疗16周时处死,采用免疫组化检测软骨细胞增殖、凋亡。结果:16周时,关节软骨细胞凋亡率,各试验组明显高于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05),对照组、实验1组和实验2组、实验3组明显低于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05),实验3组明显低于对照组、实验1组和实验2组(P<0.05);关节软骨细胞增殖率,各试验组明显低于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05),对照组、实验1组和实验2组、实验3组明显高于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05),实验3组高于对照组、实验1组和实验2组(P<0.05)。结论:OA护膝能有效促进关节软骨细胞增殖,抑制软骨细胞凋亡。
Objective:To investigate the influence of the OA knee pad on cartilage cell proliferation and apoptosis of rabbits with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:54 rabbits of 6-months-old copied knee osteoarthritis by modified Hulth Law were randomly divided into 6 groups.Normal group received the conventional breeding,model group received conventional breeding after modeled,and control group received the microwave therapy.Experimental group 1 received the electricity(density wave) in the treatment,experimental group 2 received the hot(hot soft membrane) in the treatment and experimental group 3 received electrothermal(OA knee pad) in the treatment,30 minutes each once,once a day.All of them were killed after the treatment for 16 weeks.The cartilage cell proliferation and apoptosis was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:After 16 weeks,the cartilage cell apoptosis rate was significantly higher in test group than normal group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),control group,experimental group 1,2 and 3 was significantly lower than model group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),experimental group 3 was significantly lower than control group,experimental group 1 and 2(P〈0.05).Articular cartilage cell proliferation rate,the test group was significantly lower than normal group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),control group,experimental group 1,2 and 3 was significantly higher than model group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),experimental group 3 was significantly higher than control group,experimental group 1 and 2(P〈0.05).Conclusion:OA knee articular cartilage can be effective in promoting cell proliferation,inhibit chondrocyte apoptosis.
