关节腔内低浓度臭氧注射治疗膝骨性关节炎近期疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨医用臭氧对膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:2008年1月—2008年11月,采用关节腔内低浓度臭氧注射治疗膝骨性关节炎患者62例81膝,男21例,女41例,年龄56~82岁,平均65.5岁,均经影像学检查证实为膝骨性关节炎,主要表现为膝关节疼痛伴活动受限。采用21G穿刺针经皮穿刺至关节腔,注入浓度为35μg/mL的臭氧30mL,并行压痛点的直接臭氧注射,不使用其他药物注射。结果:所有患者分别在治疗后1、3、6个月进行随访,采用视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS),及HSS膝关节评分法,术后疼痛较强明显好转,膝关节功能改善优良率为72%,无任何严重并发症发生。结论:关节腔内低浓度臭氧注射治疗膝骨性关节炎是一种安全、有效的方法。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) using injection of low concentration ozone. Method: From January to November 2008, 62 patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated by injection with ozone ( concentration 35 μg/mL). 21 males and 41 females with average age of 65.5 years were included. All the patients presented the symptoms of pain and activity limitation of knee joint and the diagnosis was verified by radiological examination. Ozone at 35 μg/mL and 21G puncture needles were prepared. The injection was conducted through the puncture of articular cavity. For each joint, 10mL ozone was injected and no other medication was used. Results : The patients were followed at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment. The VAS and HSS score system were used and the recovery rate was 72%. No serious complications occurred. Conclusions : The injection of low concentration ozone into articular cavity was a safe and effective method for knee osteoarthritis.
