摘要
目的:以去势大鼠为研究对象,通过观察骨生物力学指标的变化以探讨针刺与艾灸对骨质疏松症的治疗机制。方法:将40只Wister大鼠随机分为4组,即假手术组、模型组、针刺组、艾灸组。造模后,针刺组和艾灸组每日进行相应处理。各组大鼠在造模60天后取双侧胫骨和股骨,进行骨生物力学验。结果:艾灸组最大载荷、最大应力均明显优于模型组;针刺组和艾灸组最大变形明显优于模型组;各组伸长率无显著差异。结论:针刺与艾灸对去势后大鼠的骨生物力学指标有良性调整作用。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of the acupuncture and moxibustion on the Osteoporosis by observe the variation of the bone hiomechanical index of the ovariectornized rats. Method: The 40 rats were divided into 4 group: control group, model group, acupuncture group, moxibustion group. Acupuncture and moxibustion groups were treated every day creation of models. The rats were killed and collected the tibia and femur to detect the bone biomechanical index after 2 months. Result: The maximum load and maximum stress of moxibustion group was significantly superior to acupuncture group, the maximum deformation of cupuneture and moxibustion group was superior to control group, the elongation of all groups was no significant difference. Conclusion: acupuncture and moxibustion could benign adjust the bone hiomechanical index of the ovariectomized rats.
