摘要
目的:探讨太白楤木对大鼠肝星状细胞的作用机制。方法:分离大鼠肝星状细胞,采用不同浓度的太白楤木处理后,分别应用MTT法、凝胶迁移法、ELISA法检测大鼠肝星状细胞的繁殖、核因子κB(NF-κB)活性的表达。结果:太白楤木对大鼠肝星状细胞生长具有较强的抑制作用。太白楤木可明显抑制大鼠肝星状细胞核因子κB活性,并且呈剂量依赖性。结论:太白楤木对大鼠HSC增殖具有很强的抑制作用,可能与抑制NF-κB活性有关。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Aralia chinenesis L. on hepatic stellate cells. Methods: After hepatic stellate ceils of rat were treated with Aralia Chineneseis L, proliferation, activity of nuclear factor κB, were studied by use of MTT, electorphonetic mobility shift assay. Enzymelinked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA). Results: Aralia Chinenesis L. hat a remarkable suppression effect on hepatic stellate cells of rat, and Aralia chinenesis L. Repress the activity of nuclear factor-κB, which were dosedependent. Conclusions: It is suggested that Aralia chineneseis L. repress the proliferation of hepatic stellate ceils through inhibition of the activity of NF- κB.
