丙型病毒性肝炎中医研究进展

Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Hepatitis C

丙型病毒性肝炎是一种全球性分布,严重危害人类生命健康的传染病。HCV感染后易慢性化、肝硬化和癌变。目前为止,西药疗效并不理想,中医药研究已取得一定的进展。从中医病因、病机的认识到辨证施治研究、专病专方研究、中西医结合治疗等不同领域,概述上述研究并提出几点建议。

Hepatitis C is a global distribution infectious disease which seriously endangering human lives and health. This infection can cause chronic hepatitis, and advance cirrhosis, or including cancer easily. So far, the effects of Evidence-based medicine（EM） are not ideal; where as research of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） on Hepatitis C has made some progress. We from the etiology and pathogenesis, distinction and treatment, specifically to study the disease, combining TCM and EM treatment in different areas, outlined in the study and put forward some suggestions.
