电针天枢上巨虚治疗糖尿病性便秘随机对照研究

A Randomly Controlled Study on Treatment of Electro-acupuncture Tianshu Shangjuxu for Diabetic Constipation

目的:观察电针治疗糖尿病性便秘的疗效。方法:100例患者随机分为针刺组50例,对照组50例,观察患者便秘症状评分、排便时间的变化。针刺组取天枢、上巨虚,并接电针疏密波,留针30min。针刺1次/d,7d/疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效。对照组给予普瑞博思10mg,3餐前30min口服,3次/d。结果:针刺组有效率96.0%,对照组有效率68.8%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后"排便时间"均有显著性差异(P<0.05),组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后在"用力情况"方面均有显著性差异;针刺组在"排便次数、大便性状"方面有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病性便秘的临床疗效优于普瑞博思,具有一定的优势。

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of the treatment of electro-acupuncture Tianshu Shangjuxu for diabetic constipation. Methods： 100 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups： acupuncture group 50 and contrast group 50. Score of constipation symptoms and time of defecation were observed before and after the treatment. Patients in acupuncture group were administered with electro- acupuncture on Tianshu Shangjuxu for 30 min per day, and 7 days as 1 course. Effectiveness was assessed after 3 courses. Patients in contrast group were administered with prepulsid 10mg 3 times before eating 30min per day. Results： The total effective rate in acupuncture group was 96.0%, and that of contrast group was 68.8%, showing significant between-group difference （P〈0.05）. Time of defecation of both groups showed significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） after the treatment, and significant between-group difference were also detected （ P〈0.05 ）. ＂Exertion degree＂ of both group showed significant difference after the treatment （ P〈0.05 ）. ＂Frequency of defection＂ and ＂character of feces＂ of both groups showed highly significant difference after the treatment （P〈0.01）, and significant between-group difference were also detected （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Effectiveness of electro-acupuncture on diabetic constipation was better compared with prepulsid, giving better symptomatic improvement.
