姜术桂枝汤治疗老年性皮脂缺乏性湿疹疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Jiang Shu Guizhi Tang on Patients with Senile Asteatotic Eczema

目的:观察姜术桂枝汤治疗老年性皮脂缺乏性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将57例患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例辨证应用姜术桂枝汤治疗,对照组25例应用抗组胺药物开瑞坦片剂内服及外用抗过敏药膏,均以15天为1个疗程。结果:经1个疗程后停药1周,治疗组2例无效,1例效果不明显,3例复发,但症状较以往轻,有效率95.6%,对照组10例复发,3例无效,4例疗效不明显,有效率32%。结论:姜术桂枝汤治疗老年性皮脂缺乏性湿疹疗效明显优于抗组胺药物组,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jiang Shu Guizhi Tang on senile Asteatotic Eczema. Methods： 57 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in treatment group were applied with Jiang Guizhi Tang, 25 cases in control group were applied with Claxityne for oral use and antiallergic cream for external use. 15 days was one course of treatment in two groups. Results： After one course of treatment with one week drug withdrawal, in the treatment group, inefficacy in 2 cases, little effect in 1 case, recurrence in 3 cases, but the symptoms was slightly improved than before, the effective ratio was 95.6%, while in the control group, recurrence in 10 eases, inefficacy in 3 cases, little effect in 4 cases and the effective ratio was 32%. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Jiang Shu Guizhi Tang on senile Asteatotic Eczema is better than Antihistamine drug .It is worth being applied in clinic.
