摘要
目的:研究自制中药含漱液在控制真菌感染患者念珠菌检出率的作用,及对念珠菌分离株毒力的控制。方法:将300例真菌感染患者分为中药组和碳酸氢钠组。用药前和用药后7天分别采用含漱液浓缩培养法,并结合应用芽管试验、厚膜孢子形成试验及温度试验常规培养等方法分离菌株并计数。将分离、纯化的念珠菌株,接种于血琼脂平板上,厌氧培养,检测其溶血活性。结果:治疗前两组菌落数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用两种不同药物含漱7天后,治疗前后菌落数比较,中药组较碳酸氢钠组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);用药前所有念珠菌菌株在接种于血琼脂平板培养48h后均产生了溶血,溶血活性比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药前后溶血活性比较,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药能有效控制真菌感染患者念珠菌检出率,真菌感染患者携带念珠菌株能产生溶血因子,可导致真菌感染患者病情加重或迁延不愈。中药在控制念珠菌毒力方面有显著效果。
Objective: We study the effects of self-made Chinese-medicine gargles in the control of Candida detection rate in patients with fungal infection, and study the control of the toxicity of Candida isolates. Methods: 300 cases will be divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine group and the Sodium Bicarbonate group. Before drug treatment, and 7 days after drug treatment, Gargles enrichment culture method were used, and were combined with the application of germ tube test, chlamydospore formation test and temperature test of conventional training methods such as isolation and counting. The separated and purified Candida were inoculated on blood agar, cultured in anaerobic environment, and detected of its hemolytic activity. Results: Before drug treatment, there is no statistical significance in two groups ( P〉0.05 ). 7 days after using gargle, the number of colonies after treatment showed significant difference in groups of Traditional Chinese Medicine group and Sodium Bicarbonate group ( P〈0.01 ) ; Before drug treatment, in 48 hours, hemolytic were seen in two groups, which were cultured in inoculated blood agar plate, but there was no statistical significance in hemolytic activity (P〉0.05). There was significant difference in hemolytic activity between the two groups (P〈0.01), before and after the drug treatment. Conclusion: Chinese Medicine can effectively control the detection rate of Candida isolates in patients with fungal infection. Fungal infection patients carrying Candida can produce hemolytic factor, and lead to exacerbations in patients with fungal infection or delay healing. Chinese Medicine has a significant effect in the control of Candida toxicity.
