蔡氏妇科周期疗法治疗月经过少18例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 18 Cases of Hypomenorrhea Treated with CAI'Periodic Therapy of Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的:观察蔡氏妇科周期疗法治疗月经过少的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的月经过少患者18例,采用蔡氏妇科周期疗法分3期进行治疗,3个月经周期后判断疗效。结果:治愈10例,好转6例,无效2例,总有效率88.9%。结论:蔡氏妇科周期疗法治疗月经过少疗效满意。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy on hypomenorrhea treate with CAr periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods： Different Chinese herbal formulas were administered in tree phases, named menstruation, after menstruation and before menstruation successively in 18 cases that met diagnostic standards. Results： 18 cases, 10 cases（55.6%）were cured, 6 eases（33.3%）improved, 2 cases（11.1%） failed, the total effective rate gS.9%.Conclusion： CAI＇ Periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine achieves quite clinical efficacy on hypomenorrhea.
