中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

TCM and WM Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察补阳还五汤辨证加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将160例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分成两组。两组患者均进行严格的饮食控制,口服降糖药物或/和皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖达正常水平。对照组80例给予维生素B110mg,弥可保500μg肌肉注射,每日1次;治疗组80例在此基础上使用中药,方用补阳还五汤加减。两组疗程均为30天。结果:补阳还五汤辨证加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变在改善症状、体征及神经传导速度等各方面均优于对照组。结论:补阳还五汤辨证加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有良效。

Objective： To observe the Buyang Huanwu Decoction（BYHWD） Syndrome Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 160 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Two group＇s patients were strict diet control, oral hypoglycemic drugs and / or subcutaneous insulin control of blood sugar up to normal levels. Control group, 80 patients with vitamin B1 10mg, Methycobal 500μg intramuscular injection, daily one time; treatment group, 80 cases on this basis, the use of traditional Chinese medicine, a square with BYHWD. Group 2 course of treatment were 30 days. Results： BYHWD Syndrome Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in improving symptoms, signs and nerve conduction velocity and other fields are better than the control group. Conclusion： BYHWD Syndrome Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with good effect.
