深刺天枢治疗功能性便秘远期疗效观察

Long Clinical Efficacy of the Deep Insertion of Tianshu Point for Functional Constipation

目的:观察深刺天枢穴治疗功能性便秘的远期疗效。方法:采用随机对照前瞻性研究方法,试验共入选病例65例,其中入选深刺天枢穴治疗组24例,常规针刺天枢穴对照组21例,口服乳果糖药物(15mL,qn)对照组20例。所有病例1周治疗5次,共治疗4周。结果:深刺组在治疗结束后第1、4、12周便秘症状评分明显低于常规针刺组及口服乳果糖药物组,3组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:深刺天枢穴治疗功能性便秘有较好的远期累积效应。

Objective： To observe the long clinical efficacy of the deep insertion of Tianshu Point for functional constipation. Methods： A total of patients with functional constipation entered a randomized, comparative trial. Patients were divided into three groups, which 24 cases are treated with the deep insertion of tianshu point as a treated group, 21 cases treated with the routine insertion of tianshu point and 20 cases treated with oral lactulose （ 15mL, qn ）as control group respectively. Every patient was treated 4 weeks, and 5 times a week. Results： After the treatment end 1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, the constipation symptom score in the deep insertion of tianshu point group was significantly lower than that of conventional acupuncture group and the oral lactulose drug group, there was statistically significant differences （P〈0.01）in three groups. Conclusion： The deep insertion of Tianshu point in the treatment of functional constipation had better long-term cumulative effect.
