摘要
目的:建立测定妇乐颗粒中川楝素含量的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent zorbax SB-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30:70),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为210nm。结果:川楝素在0.5~5μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.31%,RSD为0.73%(n=9)。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于本制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establishes a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of toosendanin in Fule Keli. Methods: HPLC was performed on Agilest zorbax SB-C18 ( 4.6mm × 150mm, 5 μm )with column at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of aeetonitrile-water ( 30 : 70 ) at a flow rate and detection wavelength were set at 1.0mL · min^-1 and 210nm. Results: The linear range of toosendanin was 0.5-5 μg· mL^-1 (r=0.9999), the mean recovery was99.31% with RSD 0.73% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is fast, simple and accurate, and it can be applied for the quality control of Fule Keli.
