摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术的术前、术后护理方法,总结护理经验,以提高护理质量。方法对57例采用经皮肾镜穿刺碎石术治疗的肾结石患者,进行术前、术中、术后护理。结果57例患者,经围手术期精心护理,治疗效果满意,无并发症发生,术后住院5～8天。结论充分的术前准备,精心的术后护理是保证手术顺利进行、提高手术成功率、减少和预防手术并发症的发生、促进患者康复的重要措施。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing in treating renal calculus by percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and to summarize nursing experience and boost quality of care. Methods Fifty-seven patients suffered renal calculus were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Nursing were carried out to aim directly at them in perioperation. Results Fifty-seven patients of renal calculus had no serious complication. Hospital stay after operation were 5-8 days. Conclusion It is an important measure for adequate preoperative preparation, meticulous post-operative care for guarantee operation succeed, reducing and preventing complication, promoting postoperative rehabilitation.
