摘要
非言语交际在跨文化交际过程中的作用和地位在近年来逐渐被人们所了解和重视。非言语交际的各种交流手段作为非语言的符号在交流思想、传递信息、表达情感等方面有着极其重要的作用。本文研究非言语交际领域中常常被人忽略的、研究比较滞后的一些手段如:沉默(Silence)、器物学(Object language)、审美(Aesthetics)等,探究这些手段的特征和功能以及它们所折射的文化含义。
Nonverbal communication is an important branch of intercultural communication study,and has drawn growing attention of scholars in recent years.This paper intends to study some ignored aspects in nonverbal communication namely silence,object language and aesthetics,trying to explore how they transmit cultural-loaded information,how they function in interpersonal relationship and in what ways they can affect people＇s values and beliefs in the process of communication.
