本文对近七年中国法律翻译研究的硕士学位论文进行搜集、分类整理和述评,分析总结其中所反映的学科发展状况和趋势,并对今后研究提出四方面的建议,以期为相关人士,特别是有志探索法律翻译的学者和研究生提供参考。

This paper presents a critical review of master＇s theses on legal translation completed between 2002 and 2008,with major areas of research identified and problems addressed.It also ventures to make recommendations by reflecting on the status quo.The purpose is to shed light on the current research on legal translation as indicated by the master＇s theses and to provide reference for relevant researchers.
