摘要
[目的]总结经导管动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析45例产后大出血病人行经导管动脉栓塞治疗的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均一次性止血成功,住院8d～10d治愈出院,术后无严重并发症发生。[结论]加强产后大出血病人行经导管动脉栓塞治疗的护理是手术成功的保证。
It summarized nursing measures for postpartum hemorrhea patients treated with transcatheter arterial embolization. Methods： Clinical data of 45 patients with postpartum hemorrhea treated with transcatheter arterial embolization were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All patients had been stopped bleeding successfully. Patients were cured and discharge from hospital after 8 to 10 days＇hospitalization. There were no serious complications after operation. Conclusion： To strengthen nursing care of patients with postpartum hemorrhea treated with transcatheter arterial embolization is the guaranty for the successful operation.
