高频彩超诊断甲状腺肿块的价值探讨(附75例分析) 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨高频彩超检查和诊断甲状腺肿块的应用价值。方法对75例甲状腺肿块病人进行高频彩超检查,与术后病理结果对比分析。结果手术病理显示结节性甲状腺肿24例,甲状腺腺瘤42例,甲状腺癌9例。术前彩超检出所有甲状腺结节,与术后病理结果相比,彩超诊断正确67例,正确率89.3%。结论高频彩超可以敏感地检出甲状腺结节,结合灰阶声像图和彩色多普勒血流信息有助于肿块良恶性的鉴别,是临床首选的影像检查项目。 Objective To investigate the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the examination and diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography was used to examine 75 cases of thyroid nodules which were confirmed by surgery and pathology. The features on ultrasonography were compared with those of pathology. Results There were 24 cases of nodular goiter, 42 cases of thyroid adenoma and 9 cases of thyroid cancer pathologically. Color Doppler ultrasonography detected all 75 thyroid nodules preoperatively. Compared with the results of pathology, color Doppler ultrasonography diagnosed 67 thyroid nodules correctly with an accuracy of 89.3%. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography detects thyroid nodules sensitively. Combination of features from gray scale and color Doppler ultrasonography is helpful in the differential diagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant nodules. Color Doppler ultrasonography is the first choice of imaging modality in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules clinically.
