重视糖尿病与胰腺癌内在关系的研究,降低胰腺癌的发病率!

Emphasis on the Study of Intrinsic Relationship between Diabetes Mellitus and Pancreatic Cancer for Lowering the Incidence of Pancreatic Cancer

近年来多项研究表明，糖尿病患者发生各种肿瘤的风险明显增加，其中包括胰腺癌。糖尿病可以是胰腺癌发生的危险因素，而胰腺癌也可引起高血糖或糖尿病现象。由此可见，糖尿病与胰腺癌之间存在密切联系．但其关系是复杂的。我们应重视两者的内在联系，对新发糖尿病的胰腺癌高危人群密切监测，将有助于提高胰腺癌的早期诊断率。

Several recent studies indicate that there is an increased incidence of various cancers among patients with diabetes mellitus （DM）, including pancreatic cancer. DM may be a risk factor for development of pancreatic cancer, and the latter can also cause hyperglycemia and DM, hence, there is close relationship between diabetes and pancreatic cancer, but the relevance is complicated. Emphasis on the study of the intrinsic relationship between diabetes mellitus and pancreatic cancer, and closely monitor the high-risk group with new-onset diabetes will help promote early diagnosis rate of pancreatic cancer.
