摘要 由于面神经解剖结构的特殊性,容易因创伤、炎症、肿瘤或手术操作等受到损伤。目前损伤后面神经的修复和再生效果尚不理想,即修复手术后面部运动功能难以完全恢复,且易产生联带运动等后遗症,严重影响患者的身心健康。文章就面神经损伤和再生的体内外实验研究进展进行综述。 The facial its anatomical feature. suboptimal preclinical outcomes. research on nerve is susceptible to be damaged by trauma, inflammation, neoplasms and surgical manipulation for Current techniques regarding the reparation and regeneration of the damaged nerve have produced With outlining the current experiments in vitro and in vivo, the paper reviews the progression of facial nerve injury and regeneration.
