为分析药品费用不断上涨的结构性原因,本文回顾了国内外药品费用影响因素研究进展,并详细介绍了药品费用指数分析方法历史发展过程中的3个重要阶段——二因素、三因素及六因素指数计算及分析方法,并对其优缺点和适用条件进行逐一评析,以期为药品费用实证研究者提供方法学启示。

In order to analyze the structural reasons of the continuous rising pharmaceutical expenditure,this paper reviewed the research progress of the factors affecting the cost of drugs at home and abroad,and introduced three of these important methods,i.e.,two-factor,three-factor,and six-factor analysis,together with their merits and demerits and applicability,to provide methodological enlightenment for empirical researchers.
