空腹越野跑对血糖和游离脂肪酸、糖原磷酸化酶BB和心型脂肪酸结合蛋白的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的空腹剧烈运动可造成运动性低血糖,严重时导致心肌损伤。探讨空腹5000 m越野跑对尚未适应训练的新兵心肌主要供能物质的影响,以及监测不易发现的轻微心肌损伤,为部队的新兵制订合理的训练方案提供实验依据。方法入伍1个月男新兵30名,晨起洗漱后空腹越野跑5000 m,分别观察跑前与跑后即刻和4 h血糖和糖原磷酸化酶BB(glyco-gen phosphorylase isoenzyme BB,GPBB)、游离脂肪酸和心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(heart-type fatty acid-binding protein,H-FABP)的变化。结果血糖由运动前的(3.78±0.52)mmol/L升至运动后即刻的(4.36±0.48)mmol/L(P<0.01)。游离脂肪酸由运动前的(141.48±58.52)μmol/L降至运动后即刻的(98.13±33.16)μmol/L和4h的(99.78±18.76)μmol/L(P<0.01)。GPBB由运动前的(22.28±3.47)ng/ml升至运动后即刻的(26.44±3.57)ng/ml和4h的(29.36±5.08)ng/ml(P<0.01)。H-FABP由运动前的(16.52±0.46)ng/ml升至运动后4 h的(17.26±0.99)ng/ml(P<0.01)。结论空腹5000m越野跑可使血糖增高和游离脂肪酸降低、GPBB活性和H-FABP水平增高,提示了运动时心肌利用供能物质的变化,有助于防止发生空腹运动所致的低血糖和心肌损伤。 Objective It is reported that violent exercise during empty stomach could induce hypoglycemia and injure the myocardium.This study is to evaluate effects of cross-country running during empty stomach on the serum levels of glucose and free fatty acid,glycogen phosphorylase isoenzyme BB and heart-type fatty acid binding protein.Methods Thirty recruits were enrolled into the study and the blood were taken before exercise,post-exercise immediately and 4 hours after for measuring serum levels of glucose and free fatty acid,Glycogen phosphorylase isoenzyme BB(GPBB) and heart-type fatty acid-binding protein(H-FABP).Results Serum levels of glucose were elevated to(4.36±0.48)mmol/L from(3.78±0.52)mmol/L(P0.01) and the free fatty acid were decreased to(98.13±33.16)μmol/L post-exercise immediately and(99.78±18.76)μmol/L 4 hour later(P0.01).GPBB levels were elevated to(26.44±3.57)ng/ml post-exercise immediately and(29.35±5.08)ng/ml 4 hour later from(22.27±3.47)ng/ml before exercise(P0.01) and H-FABP were elevated to(17.26±0.99)ng/ml(P0.01) 4 hour later from(16.52±0.46)ng/ml before exercise(P0.01).Conclusion Five km cross-country running could elevate serum levels of glucose and lower free fatty acid levels,these changes may be related to GPBB and H-FABP,indicating the accommodation of myocardium to the provided energy after exercise,which may be beneficial to the prevention of myocardial injury from exercise.
