摘要
介绍了不同气体、杂质在精铸钢液中的存在状态及其影响因素,比较了常用脱氧元素的脱氧能力。以去除溶解于精铸钢液中的氧、氢、氮,把悬浮在钢液中的脱氧产物生成大颗粒球状氧化物为目的,分析研究并试验筛选出综合脱氧工艺,经生产实践获得了优质精密铸件。
Existing forms of different gas and impurities in the precision casting ability were compared. The oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen were dissolved for the purpose of deoxy turn into big granule oxide. Integrated deoxy technology was obtained by experiment. Excellent precise casting was obtained in productive practice.
