分子标记技术在青蟹增殖放流和人工育种中的应用前景探讨

摘要 青蟹是太平洋西南沿岸及印度洋北部沿岸重要的海洋经济物种。在资源衰退和栖息环境恶化的双重压力下,青蟹的捕捞和养殖都面临着重大的危机。增殖放流和人工高效养殖是目前能够帮助青蟹产业走出困境、实现健康持续发展的主要途径。同时,现代生物技术的快速发展也为青蟹产业的稳定与升级提供了必要的理论和技术支撑。本文简要概述了分子标记的研究工作,拜对该技术在青蟹增殖放流的效果评价和人工苗种繁育中的应用前景作了展望, Given the commercial and ecological importance of the mud crab (Scylla spp.) fishery, there is still critical crisis led by fading population and polluted environment. Much attention was directed to the sustainable development of the industry of mud crabs. There appeared that releasing and enhancement, and artificial breeding should be the most promising means to absolutely meet the increasing demand of mud crab production. Herein the genetic makers in mud crab were reviewed, and their potential applications in releasing and enhancement, and artificial breeding were believed to come true in the near future.
