摘要
随着工业化、城市化的快速推进，江苏农业发展面临着资源短缺的巨大压力，依靠资源要素以高投入获得高增长的路子难以为继。为解决追一问题，必须调整农业发展思路，大力发展高效生态农业。文章运用SW07分析方法，分别对江苏发展高效生态农业的内在优势、劣势和外在机遇、挑战进行分析，并结合江苏实际，从农业观念创新、生态农业制度创新、农业科技创新、农业管理创新、经营体制创新、生态体系创新和区域差异化发展战略等7个方面提出了相应的对策建议。
With the high-speed development of industrialization and urbanization, the development of agriculture in Jiangsu province, China is being faced with tremendous pressure of deficient resources. The road to development which depends on resource and investment has been difficult. To solve this problem, it is necessary to adjust the idea of agricultural development and to develop energetically efficient eco-agriculture. The internal advantages, weaknesses and external opportunities, challenges of developing efficient eco-agriculture in Jiangsu province was analyzed by SWOT method in this paper. Combined with real situation of Jiangsu, seven corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which from agricultural conception innovation, institutional innovation in eco-agriculture, agricultural scientific and technological innovation, innovation in agricultural management, innovation in the management system, innovation in ecological system and the strategy of regional different development.
