摘要
信托行业是我国金融行业的重要组成部分。将数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)方法引入信托公司的效率评价,并构建了基于DEA的信托公司效率评价模型。根据《中国证券报》公开披露的2007年度各家信托公司的年报主要数据,对信托公司的效率进行综合评价。据此计算出48家信托公司的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,找出了其中效率最高的7家信托公司,并对其结果进行了分析。结果表明,DEA在信托行业效率评价中的应用,具有较强的针对性和准确度,为信托公司的业绩评价提供了新的方法。
Trust industry is an important part of financial industry. This paper introduces data envelopment analysis （DEA） approach to evaluate the efficiency of Chinese trust companies, and an index system is established based on DEA. The effi- ciencies of trust companies are evaluated based on the 2007 financial statements disclosed in China Securities Journal. U- sing DEA method, the technology efficiency, pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency of 48 trust companies in China are measured, and 7 of the trust companies are considered as the most efficient in China. The results of the evaluation are also analyzed, showing that the application of DEA in efficiency evaluation of trust industry is accurate and supplies a new method for the evaluation of the achievement of trust companies.
