Re-understanding & Correctly Handling Interest Conflicts of Contemporary China

进入新时期以后,我国思想理论界出现了一种倾向:忽视对社会矛盾、群体冲突及其解决理论和方法的研究。冲突是社会系统的普遍性特征。对于冲突的根源有四种解说:人类天性说、社会差异说、互动关系说、不平等说。冲突既具有积极的正功能,又具有消极的负功能。当代中国已进入利益博弈的时代,利益冲突已成为社会常态。正确处理当代中国社会的矛盾和冲突的关键点是构建减化矛盾和冲突的制度和机制,其中包括权利平等的制度、公平竞争的机制、公平分配的制度、开放的社会流动机制、利益表达和参与的制度、协商与合作的制度、社会保障制度等。

After entering the new period,there has been a tendency,namely neglect of research on social conflicts,group conflicts and their resolution theory and method.Conflict is the universal character of the social system.There are four root causes of the conflict,namely Human Nature,Social Differences,Interactive Relationship,Inequality.Conflict not only has positive features but also has negative features.Currently,China has entered the era of game interests,conflicts of interest has become a social norm.Correctly to handle the contradictions and conflicts of contemporary Chinese society,the key point is to build the systems and mechanisms which simplify the contradictions and conflicts,which include the system of equal rights,the mechanism of fair competition,the open mechanism for social mobility,the systems and mechanisms for the expression of interest and participation,the system of consultation and cooperation,the social security system and so force.
