摘要
目的探讨Rtx-Wax毛细管气相色谱法同时检测工作场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、三氯乙烯和正己烷9种有毒物质的方法。方法活性炭管吸附采样空气中上述9种物质,用二硫化碳解吸后,解吸液经Rtx-Wax毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积外标法定量。结果上述9种物质在Rtx-Wax毛细管柱上分离良好,工作曲线的线性相关系数r均在0.999以上,相对标准偏差为1.15%~5.48%,样品加标回收率为90.1%~105.8%。结论该方法能够有效分离和准确测定空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、三氯乙烯和正己烷,可用于工作场所空气中该9种物质的同时测定。
[Objective]To discuss the simultaneous determination of 9 kinds of toxic substances such as benzene,toluene,xylene,acetone,methyl ethyl ketone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,trichlorethylene,and n-hexane in the air of workplace by Rtx-Wax capillary gas chromatography.[Methods]Carbon tube was adopted to absorb the above 9 kinds of substances.After desorption by carbon bisulfide,the desorbed solution was separated by Rtx-Wax capillary column,and detected by FID detector.Retention time was used for qualitative analysis,external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.[Results]The above 9 kinds of substances were well separated by Rtx-Wax capillary column.Correlative coefficient r was above 0.999.Relative standard deviations were 1.15%~ 5.48%.Recoveries ranged from 90.1% ~105.8 %.[Conclusion]This method can effectively separate and accurately determine benzene,toluene,xylene,acetone,butanone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,trichlorethylene,and n-hexane in the air,which can be used to determine these 9 substances in the air of workplace.
