2006—2008年龙岩市新罗区从业人员体检结果分析

Analysis on Physical Examination Results among Employees in Xinluo District of Longyan City during 2006—2008

目的掌握龙岩市新罗区从业人员职业禁忌证的检出情况,便于加强管理。方法HBsAg(HBeAg)检测用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,ALT检测用赖氏法,肺结核采用X线胸透检查。结果该区从业人员各疾病检出率为7.69%,男性HBsAg阳性率为4.21%(1297/30779),女性为2.86%(864/30779)。年青人(20岁以下)HBsAg阳性检出率为8.5%。2006—2008年药品从业人员3a体检百分率分别为9.6%,7.2%和5.9%。结论因限领个人健康证明的疾病调离率为7.69%,从业人员男性HBsAg阳性率高于女性,年青人(20岁以下)检出率较高,药品从业人员体检百分率有逐年下降趋势。

[Objective]To study the detection status of professional contraindication among employees in Xinluo district of Longyan city for strengthening management.[Methods]HBsAg （HBeAg） were detected by ELISA method,ALT content was tested by Wright＇s method,and tuberculosis was examined by chest X-rays.[Results]The detection rate of professional contraindication among employees was 7.74%,and HBsAg-positive rate of male and female was 4.21% （1297/30 779） and 2.83% （871/30.779） respectively.HBsAg-positive rate of young people （under 20 years） was 5.6%.During 2006—2008,annual physical medicine rate of medicine employees was 9.6%,7.2% and 5.9%,respectively.[Conclusion]The dimission rate for the disease with health certificate limit was 7.74%.HBsAg-positive rate of male employees was higher than that of female employees,the detection rate of young people was high,and the physical medicine rate of medicine employees showed a decreasing trend year after year.
