糖尿病中西医结合营养治疗的计算机系统临床应用效果

Application of NCCW in Clinic

目的对中西医结合营养治疗计算机系统(NCCW)治疗糖尿病的临床应用效果进行评价。方法选择40例2型糖尿病患者,在药物治疗方案不变的情况下,加用饮食软件对患者进行饮食治疗及管理12周;采用自身前后对照的实验方法,观察饮食治疗前后的效果。结果饮食治疗前后12周患者的FBG(空腹血浆葡萄糖)、2hPBG(餐后2h血浆葡萄糖)、TG(总胆固醇)、BMI(体重指数)、HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。结论NCCW软件辅助治疗糖尿病对患者的血糖、血脂等代谢指标有良好的改善作用,该软件使用方便,值得进一步推广应用。

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of nutritional software of traditional Chinese medicine combining with western medicine （NCCW）[Methods]Totally 40 patients with type 2 diabetes （T2DM） were recruited.Under the condition that the therapeutic methods were the same as those before the experiment,dietary treatment was given to the patients for 12 weeks and the dietary software was used in the management during the experiment.The effects before and after dietary treatment were observed with retrospective self-reporting method.[Results]There were significant decreases of FBG,2h PBG,TG,BMI,HbAic after 12 weeks of dietary treatment,and the differences were significant （P0.05～0.01）.[Conclusion]NCCW,which can improve metabolic indexes such as blood glucose and blood lipid in the patients with type II diabetes,is simple to use and worthy of further application.
