整体护理对胃癌根治术患者的心理影响

Psychological Effect of Holistic Nursing on Gastric Cancer Patients Receiving Radical Gastrectomy

目的探讨整体护理对胃癌根治术患者的心理影响。方法ASA(美国麻醉医师学会)Ⅰ～Ⅱ级择期在全麻下行胃癌根治术患者60例,随机分为传统护理组和整体护理组,每组30例。观察2组患者睡眠质量、情绪状态、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)变化。结果整体护理组患者的睡眠质量、情绪状态明显好于传统护理组(P<0.05),SCL-90、SAS、SDS得分显著少于传统护理组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理能够显著改善胃癌根治术患者的心理状态。

[Objective]To discuss the holistic nursing on gastric cancer patients receiving radical gastrectomy.[Methods] Totally 60 ASAⅠ～Ⅱ patients with gastric cancer undergoing gastrectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into traditional nursing group and holistic nursing group,30 patients in each group.Sleep quality,psychology state,SCL-90,SAS,SDS were observed.[Results]Sleep quality and psychology state of holistic nursing group were better than that of traditional nursing group （P0.05）;while the scores of SCL-90,SAS,SDS were on the contrary （P0.05）.[Conclusion]Holistic nursing can improve the psychological state of gastric cancer patients receiving radical gastrectomy effectively.
