无铅工艺是一个技术涉及面极广的制造过程,包涵设计、材料、设备、工艺与可靠性等技术。因此,无铅工艺的标准化工作需要全行业众多和研究机构的共同努力。工艺相关要素的标准化可以大大降低生产成本和社会成本,加速产品进入市场的时间,促进技术的交流和进步。综述了国内外无铅工艺实施有关的原材料、元器件、PCB、工艺以及可靠性方面的标准化进展情况。并对无铅化的标准体系进行分析,对无铅化标准的发展情况进行了阐述。
