摘要
通过筛选食品和土壤等样品中的芽孢杆菌,分离纯化得到136株菌株,经过培养和镜检,再筛选到12株菌株,比较其产乳酸脱氢酶的活力,其中BJ07活力最强,其细胞破碎液的酶比活为0.26U/mg。经过形态和生理生化鉴定,初步确定BJ07菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌,研究其生物学特性,测定该菌株的生长曲线,其最适生长温度为34℃。
Selecting Bacillus from food and soil samples, 136 strains had purified and 12 strains which produce spores had been found by cuhured and microscopy. Comparing the activity of lactate dchydro genase. BJ07 has the most activity of lactatedehydrogenase, and the enzyme specific activity of cell disruption fluid is 0. 26 U/rag. Through morphological, physiological and biochemical identification. the BJ07 strain is Bacillus subtilis. By studying the biological charac teristics of strains BJ07. the growth curve of the strain had been measured and the optimum growth temperature is 34℃.
