摘要 采用微波消解处理样品,以电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定湖南省株洲县、宁乡县两地的农家茶叶和茶产地土壤中Cu、Pb元素的含量。结合茶叶卫生质量标准和国家现行的无公害茶及有机茶产地环境条件的标准,对农家茶叶和茶产地土壤中Cu、Pb元素的含量进行比较分析和线性相关分析。结果表明,各产地茶叶中Cu、Pb的含量均未超出评价标准的限量值,且全部茶产地土壤均符合国家无公害茶及有机茶产地环境条件标准;春茶中Pb含量与对应的土壤中Pb含量之间呈现出显著正相关关系(P<0.05),而其中Cu含量与土壤中Cu含量之间关系不显著(P>0.05)。 Described a method using inductively coupled plasma atom- ic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for the determination of Cu and Pb in soil and tea-leaves samples from Zhuzhou country and Ningxiang country of Hunan province has been described. Combining with the health quality standards of tea and the requirement for non-risk tea or organic tea garden, the contents of Cu and Pb in soil and tealeaves were determined and analyzed. The results showed thai the amounts of Cu and Pb in tea samples and in soil samples were all within the national standards for pollution-free tea products and according to control standards for organic tea fields. The amounts of lead content in the spring tea was significant positively with those in the tea fields(P〈0.05) , whereas the amounts of Cu content in spring tea was not significant with those in the tea fields (P〉0. 05).
