摘要
用蓝靛果提取物喂养小白鼠,分别测定小白鼠的体重、小白鼠血清中胆固醇、甘油三脂和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,对蓝靛果提取物进行调节血脂功能的验证。结果表明,蓝靛果提取物可以降低胆固醇和甘油三脂含量,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,说明蓝靛果提取物具有调节血脂的功效。
The effect on blood lipid adjusting of Lonicera edulis extracts was confirmed through fed Lonicera edulis extracts to the mice and determined the weight of the mice and blood lipid indexes, such as cholesterol (CHO) content, trig|ycerides (TG) content, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) content in serum of the rats. The experimental results showed that Lonicera edulls extracts could reduce the CHO and TG content and increased the HDL-C content, so the effect of lowering blood lipid for Lonicera edulis extracts was proved.
