摘要
印染加工过程中棉织物的前处理能耗、污染负荷和水耗最大,其主要原因是大量使用烧碱。在分析棉织物上存在的各种杂质和烧碱及酶制剂对这些杂质作用的基础上,采用生物技术与化学技术相结合开发无烧碱前处理工艺。生产应用结果表明,无烧碱棉织物前处理工艺流程短,能耗、水耗和废水的COD值大大降低,生产效率高,是低碳时代实现低能耗棉织物前处理的有效途径。
Pretreatment of cotton fabric in wet processing consumed the most energy and water and led to high pollution load because of large amount usage of alkali. On the basis of analysis of various impurities, action of alkali and enzyme onto impurities, alkali-free pretreatment process was developed by combining bio-technology with chemical technology. Practical application showed that alkali-free pretreatment process of cotton was a feasible way to realize shortened time, high efficiency, energy and water saving, as well as COD value decrease.
