综述枣加工现状及高新技术在枣干燥、枣酒和枣多糖提取方面的应用研究进展,展望高新技术在枣加工中的发展趋势,旨在为枣新产品的开发和枣加工业的发展提供参考。
Jujube is a special kind of fruit in China, contains a variety of active ingredients, with multiple health functions, and it is one of the most competitive fruits of China in the international market. This article summarizes jujube processing status and high tech in ju jube drying, jujube wine and jujube polysaccharide extraction pro gress and looks forward to the processing of high tecb in jujube pro gress trends. The objective is to provide for the development of new products and the development of jujube processing industry
