摘要
采用无泡酸性皂洗粉HSK-4对活性染色棉散纤维进行皂洗,探讨了酸性皂洗粉HSK-4用量对净洗效果、色牢度和防沾色能力的影响,并与常规的皂洗剂产品进行对比。结果表明,酸性皂洗粉HSK-4应用于棉散纤维活性净洗工艺中,净洗效果良好,棉散纤维外观清洁,防沾色能力明显提高,皂洗效果优于常用的碱性皂洗粉HSK-2和皂洗剂HS-635。
Rinsing of loose cotton fiber after reactive dyeing was carried out with foamless acidic soaping powder HSK-4. Influences of HSK4 dosage on rising effect, color fastness and anti-staining property were discussed, and the results were compared with those of other conventional soaping agents. It was found that the reactive dyeings rinsed with HSK-4 featured clear appearance and improved anti-staining property. Rinsing effect of HSK-4 was better than those of common alkali soaping powder HSK-2 and soaping agent HSK-635.
