摘要
通过建立某半承载式客车整车骨架有限元模型,利用有限元分析手段,采用对比的方法提出加强筋布局的有效加强区域和非有效加强区域,从最大应力角度分析加强筋在有效加强区域内不同布局对V型推力杆支座连接件在制动瞬间的加强效果,体现加强筋的加强作用。在连接关系和焊接工艺允许的前提下提出3种加强筋布局方案,并对比3种方案的应力分布规律和应力极值,确定加强筋在有效加强区域内的最优布局,并以最优布局的结构为基础,在整车模型下进行尺寸优化和优化结果的分析验证。由分析结果得出,在有效加强区域内合理设计加强筋,能有效提高局部承载能力,在保持原承载能力的基础上进行尺寸优化,减轻结构的质量。
Through the establishment of the entire vehicle skeleton finite element model of some half-integral vehicle, puts for- ward the concept of effective enhancement region and no-effective enhancement region by the use of finite element method and the comparison methods; analyses the enhancement effect of the stiffen- er in the effective enhancement region to the V-push rod bracket in the braking moment from the point of maximum stress, reflects the strengthen role of the stiffener. Puts forward three types of stiffener layout scheme in the base of connections and jointing techniques, and compares the rule of the stress distribution and the max-stress of three schemes, confirms the most superior layout of stiffener in the effective enhancement region, has the size optimization and val- idates the result of optimization with the entire vehicle model in the base of the most superior layout. It is known that reasonably design of the stiffener in the effective enhancement region can effectively increases the local carrying capacity, and having the size optimiza- tion on the basis of maintaining the original carrying capacity can reduces the quality of the structure.
