The Factor Analysis of Trace Element in 12 Kinds Treat Factor Analysis of Twelve Kind Traditional Chinese Medicines for Hypertension Therapy

采用多元统计方法,对12种治疗高血压的中药材中9种微量元素的质量含量进行了因子分析,建立了主因子对变量的数学模型,并对其和3个主因子得分进行统计处理.结果表明,矩阵方差85%以上的贡献来自前3个主因子.中药材中的微量元素与其药效相一致.

The multi-dimensional statistical method was used to analysis the factor of nine kind trace element content from twelve kinds traditional Chinese medicines for hypertension therapy. The mathematical model of main factor to the variable was set up and the statistical analysis was used for 3 main factor scorns and it. The results indicated that the 85% above contributions of matrix variance is from the first 3 main factors and the drug efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine consistent with its trace element.
