摘要
为了对高速公路交通管理中警车的传统巡逻模式以及停车待命巡逻模式进行定量评价,在分析了2种模式警车行为特征的基础上,提出了对其仿真建模及评价的方法。以广深高速公路东莞段为实例,在微观交通仿真软件Paramics中编写插件实现了2种模式的建模。仿真结果表明,所提出方法可以有效地对2种模式进行仿真评价;停车待命巡逻模式在降低成本,快速响应事故方面具有优势。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the traditional patrol pattern and standby patrol pattern in freeway traffic management, this paper analyzes the behavioral characteristics of police vehicles, and then proposes a method to simulate and evaluate them. Furthermore, Dongguan segment of Guang-shen Freeway is taken as a case study. The two patterns are modeled by compiling plug-ins in the microscopic traffic simulation of Paramics. Simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively simulate and evaluate the two patterns. The standby pattern has advantages in reducing the cost and rapidly responding to traffic accidents.
