The capital which is the substance for an enterprise, exisitsin any economic societyof market. Therefore, we will make an enterprise has its life strenget and develop in afavourable situation. Firstly, we must raise a necessary sum of funds. The practice proves thatthe system of shares is the best form which the morden enterprise raise funds and develop. Secondly, we must abide by the capital rules and speed up the flow of assets, so as to keepthe value and increase the value.
