环渤海地区循环经济发展的不平衡性探讨

Discussion on the Imbalance of Development of Circular Economy in BohaiRim Areas

大力发展循环经济对于环渤海地区的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文首先确定了评价循环经济发展的各项指标,然后对环渤海地区近三年的各指标进行整理,经过纵横对比分析各省市循环经济发展情况,并运用层次分析法对2008年的相关指标进行评价,认为总体上环渤海地区循环经济发展水平呈不断上升的趋势,但内部发展存在着严重的不平衡性。进而分析这种不平衡性产生的原因以及由此引发的相关资源、环境问题。并根据上述问题,提出了合理的对策主张,以期对环渤海区域循环经济的平衡发展有所帮助,进一步促进环渤海地区经济的可持续发展。

It is significant of developing circular economy to the sustainable development of Bohai rim areas. In my paper, I first set the indexes of evaluating the development of circular economy, and then make an analysis on the indexes of recent three years of Bohai rim areas, and conclude that in general there is a rising tendency in the circular economy development o[ Bohai rim areas, and imbalance exists in the internal development. Based on the above issues, I put forward the reasonable measures to help the balance development of circular economy of Bohai rim areas, and further improve the sustainable development of its economy.
