摘要
电机在出厂试验时,需要在取得所需数据的同时,能够有效地减小能量的损失,这是不少学者不断探索的课题。文中介绍一种电机试验台的设计方案,采用变频调速技术,利用变频电机恒功率或恒转矩输出的特性,进行电机出厂的各种试验,并通过变换把交流转换为直流送到直流母线上,再通过控制相应变频器完成被试电机加载和减载的模拟过程。采用以PLC为核心的网络控制技术,使该系统具备良好的实用性和操作性。
It is a scholar-concerned problem that how to reduce energy-loss when conducting the release testing in order to get the data required. A new type of tester, which adopt the frequency-convertor and speed-regulation technology to carry through diversified motor experiments, besides convert the AC power to DC bus, and simulate or decelerate the drive and load process of the increaser and reducer by controlling the corresponded frequency convert. The Internet-control technology based on PLC is adopted, so as to equip the system with excellent practicality and operability.
